Anti-Gay Comic Needs to "Shut Up" Says Bannatyne

The 1970's comedian Jim Davidson has been sharply criticised for comments about black people made on his website over the past few weeks. Davidson called singer Grace Jones a "strange black woman" after her performance at the Queen's Jubilee Concert and also referred to black atheletes at the forthcming Olympic Games. Davidson was told to shut up by other stars such as Duncan Bannatyne of the television hit "Dragons' Den". Davidson is known for his anti-gay views.
