Well, what a jam-packed show!! We do try and cram in as much as possible into our short hour don't we! This week Andy read the What's On (yes we know, he should stick to presenting but needs must sometimes)...Robert Howes came into the studio to talk about his book "Gay West" (see the photo) where he charts the history of LGBT Bristol *Bath from 1970 until 2010... THEN we went all "Pride Season". Updates included information about this year's World Pride in London and it reverting to London Pride, plus South West Pride joined the team in the studio. All that topped off with a surprise announcement that "Mommie Dearest" (performing at SW Pride) are renaming to "Plastic" and an interview (pre name change). Still want more? How about the news team discovering that Salvation Army in Australia recently gave an interview where they admit they believe the killing LGBT people is part of their beliefs - it even stunned the team in the studio when it was read out!!
